What was delivered is not what is in the picture! They show that picture but send something else and it will not work with my door the way I want it to . I want the one in the picture. They have offered me 50.00 off of a 200 door hardware that I don’t want and can’t use . I won’t be making any more purchase.

Nice looking, but does not function very smoothly, and round knob seems to serve no purpose but spins when everything is fasted to allow the lever to turn. Once locked into place it does feel secure.
