The ornament itself is great. However, I’m not happy with Wayfair customer service. Tried canceling the item and had been confirmed by customer service that I was refunded and the item was canceled. It turned out that it was not canceled so this was a miscommunication and I ended up getting charged for the item after all of that. I decided to keep it because it’s very cute.

The detail on this tiny teapot ornament are exceptional. It is a welcome addition to my growing lenox ornament collection.

One of our family Christmas traditions is our grandchildren receiving a Lenox ornament from their great-grandmother so when they are grown they will have a set of ornaments for their tree! This teapot is perfect for our girl! She loves butterflies!
