This experience was very disappointing. I had ordered a baby’s first Christmas present where I was quoted initial delivery of Dec 14-18. I finally rcvd. December 30 after numerous delays. Very disappointing! The ornament is quite lovely and I have ordered items in the past with no problems but I found an annoying lack of communication with this particular order heightened by the fact it was supposed to be for Christmas.
