Works fine, but the black finish started chipping off within the first year, so it looks terrible. We just live with it, but every time I take a shower, it irritates me. I thought the Kohler name meant that the product would have a quality finish.

Very easy to use. The installer did a wonderful job in adjusting the lever to match the shower and have the proper alignment.
