This thing is garbage from start to finish. Instructions are almost non-existent and the ones that do exist are for a different model, even the ones posted on the kohler website. The flow adjustment basically doesn't work. When you flush it hardly any water comes out, and then it runs slowly for another 30 seconds as others have mentioned. Also it is extremely hard to install, had leaks all over the place and still haven't gotten them all resolved. The thing also doesn't attach to the wall in any way so it wobbles all over the place. It is solely relying on the strength of the stub out to hold it in place. Horrible, if there was an option for less than one star I would give it. This the worst piece of plumbing I have ever purchased.

Looks like a quality product and are excited to instal into our new home!

Would like to give zero stars. Due to construction delays we just installed these and neither of them work. Now it is past the return date and we are stuck with two defective products. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE!

Easy installation. Great looking!

Not installed yet, but it seems to be of solid construction!
