so disappointed in the kohler set up - we paid extra for quality brand and even though the customer service has been great and replacement parts always sent we've had this steam unit for just over a year and it has been out of commission for almost 4 months. Now they only want a kohler rep to install and that rep is refusing to come out until spring...we live at a ski hill so a steam shower would be greatly appreciated in the winter months.
