Good unit

Both the float switch and float valve have failed multiple times. Float switches have both fallen apart inside the unit and just stopped working internally. Float valve has seized up, and after replacement the rubber tip to stop the incoming water failed. Constant controller of 62 PSI incoming water. Unfortunately My unit is now out of the warranty period and parts do not appear to be able to be purchased or sourced from Kohler.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my steam unit for over a year. It was completely failed twice. Apparently there is a float attached to a valve similar to a toilet. It has failed twice. I was not home and water flowed through the steam port for days.

I have had similar float failures as well!! I have been trying to order a new float with no success. Then I received an email saying it was back in stock only to try to order and find it out of stock still/again. I bought a bidet seat at same time and it doesn’t work properly either. Kohler quality is not very good any more
