The first one I received was leaky, but I notified Wayfair and got a replacement Immediately. My contractor was pleased!

Not installed yet but its so beautiful. Everything is metal and solid. Can't wait to use it!

I wanted some extra height on the shower head, and my partner wanted a hand shower... this item worked perfectly for both! Installation was fairly straight forward, and took about 1 hour (with 2 people). The shower head arm hole was cut a bit too large, and the included escutcheon would not cover it. Luckily Kohler sells a larger escutcheon kit for the Hydrorails (Kohler Part #1194302-CP). We also really like that the hose of the hand shower goes around the shower valve. We would recommend this item to anyone who wants extra shower head height, a hand shower, or both!
