This item came with a chrome color shower pipe (wrong) but polished nickel flange (correct) and we didn’t notice until installation day which was over the 30-day return window. Generally the kohler products we’ve ordered from Wayfair are not same quality and return policy as buying from kohler directly or Ferguson. We would like to receive a replacement for the shower pipe in polished nickel.

Did not even receive this product. Wayfair delivered one package from my order and marked everything as delivered when I haven’t received it. Poor customer service.
