Toilet tank is nice, but Kohler has some quality control issues. May attempts to get a intact part for this toilet. Not Wayfair's fault - we have sourced this from multiple vendors and it is always broken! Went with a different brand.

Really like the Betello toilets…once we finally got one that wasn’t broken in shipping. I’ve ordered this toilet tank bowl twice and both times it took a couple of tries to get an intact tank (the first ones shipped out in each order broke in transit). Kohler doesn’t do a very good job packaging them! Wayfair was great to handle the situation and shipped replacements out right away. Just beware it might take a little longer than you expect to get it if it breaks in shipping and a replacement is needed. The toilets have clean sleek lines, look great and function really well!
