The product is great. The price sucks ! And it's not any cheaper on any other website.

Representative was very helpful in choosing the right replacement as the item number had changed since my last order.

This is not a like for like replacement for K201. After removing the old one and screwing the new filter on, the new leaked all over my cabinet. I removed it a couple of times to ensure the seal was clean and it did not matter as the new filter kept a constant drip . Wayfair customer service was excellent and contacted me quickly and gave me a full refund as the filter was defective.

Works so well and easy to change filters. Clean, fresh tasting water for months!
