we like the Urinal cleaner but I ordered a three pack and only got one , not impressed with warehouse and shipping department

Installed a waterless urinal. There is lots of info on cleaning daily and biweekly. Not a darn thing on commissioning it. Do I just pour in the oil? Drop the ball on the top of the screen? Probably yes - but no instructions on this. Quite disappointing. I want to get it into use but am now having to guess how to do so.

It's necessary for the urinals to have this product along with other products.
