The grand kids love the shaved ice, however if you happen to drop one of the frozen pucks it will shatter. The downside is, the attachment only comes with four pucks and additional pucks weren’t available, to buy extra. However, we did reach out to the company and they did replace the puck the shattered.

The plastic containers are AWFUL. They become super brittle when frozen, which is the intended use! So dumb.
