I thought about getting an ice cream maker machine and I’m so glad I got this. I read you need rock salt for machines and this bowl requires nothing. You just need to freeze it. You can’t make a huge amount in it, but it’s enough for my family of five. I’ve made a lot of ice cream in it and it only takes twenty minutes.
