They seem to work better wnd are oh so easy to clean. The flat beater mixed my cookie dough in less than 2 minutes and mixed it perfectly. Can’t wait to try out the bread hook next. These make baking so easy and no stress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 3 piece stainless steel replacement set for my tilt head mixer is awesome. They are the same size/shape as the enameled pieces that came with the mixer. However these feel substantially heavier with no fear of enamel chipping off. The paddle is slightly different since it doesn’t have the enamel the edges are more straight than rounded but this doesn’t affect its ability to perform. I used this for shredding chicken and the dough hook for some bread dough and they performed perfectly and cleaned easily.
