Nice.. thick... reversible... some of the stitching was a bit off.. a few loose strings.. overall nice.. they needed to be ironed due to creases from shipping... they were placed in a bag, not a box

The product was fine. The problem was the warehouse shipped me 1 individual placemat when it clearly states set of 4. I called customer service to get it rectified. They said they’d send me the correct amount. The second order came and again it came as 1 placemat. It took 3 shipments to get my full set of 4. Very frustrating
