Beautiful piece -- and NOT what is pictured. Arrived without the drawer included. Contacted customer service. They generously offered to initiate a return -- which was not practical for this 77 pound item that was already unpacked -- and very difficult to move. I have had to reach out directly to the manufacturer to request a replacement part that includes the drawer -- which is important to the planned use of this (quite expensive) item. Fingers crossed.

The Boos kitchen cart is beautiful and functional. At almost 100 pounds, it should last forever, and the stainless legs and shelf are very practical. I love the extra-thick butcher-block top, too. The cart is easy to put together, rolls very smoothly, and looks great!
