FABRIC AND CUSHION CARE: Wipe up minor spills with a mild soap and damp cloth. The fabric has been treated against stains. Always rinse thoroughly with clear water. Pat dry to remove excess water and allow to air dry. DO NOT use a home or commercial laundry machines or dryers, and DO NOT dry clean. DO NOT use any other types of chemicals such as bleach or solvents! Please cover or bring cushions inside when not in use. ALUMINUM: Twice a year the aluminum frames should be washed with a solution of mild soap and water, and then a good quality automotive wax should be applied to the smooth surfaces. Use a clear liquid wax on all textured finishes. RESIN WICKER: Use a soft cloth and clean with a mixture of two tablespoons of mild liquid soap to one gallon of warm water. DO NOT USE solvents, janitorial cleaner, alcohol-based cleaners/protectants, scouring agents, bleach, gasoline, or ammonia-based cleaners.

Aluminum Frame: Peak Season outdoor furniture is warranted to the original purchaser for a period of seven (7) years from the date of purchase, against defects in workmanship and materials. “Defects†are defined as both cosmetic and imperfections that impair the utility of the product or affect the structural integrity of the product. If your Peak Season outdoor furniture fails structurally during normal use within seven (7) years of purchase, we will repair or replace the frame and or construction components at our discretion (with the same or similar product if the original product is discontinued) at no charge. Wicker Fiber: All wicker fibers are warranted by the wicker manufacturer against fading, cracking, and splitting for a period of three (3) years. Sunbrella® Fabric Warranty: "Sunbrella provides a five (5) year limited warranty on fabrics used for slip construction. The Sunbrella fabrics used on our outdoor furniture are warranted to the original purchaser, protecting against Sunbrella fabrics becoming unserviceable due to color or strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals. This warranty DOES NOT extend to normal care and cleaning, or costs associated with replacement of the fabric, including labor and installation. Sunbrella’s liability is expressly limited to this warranty. Sunbrella reserves the right to inspect the fabric submitted for claim. Proof of purchase will be required. Sunbrella will supply new equivalent fabric to replace any fabric that they determine to be unserviceable. The customer is responsible for any additional costs associated with replacing the fabric. The customer must work with the authorized dealer from which the product was purchased to facilitate communication directly with Sunbrella or with Peak Season for this claim.", damage from misuse or abuse, improper installation
