Twice a year the frames should be washed with a solution of mild soap and water, and then a good quality automotive wax should be applied to the smooth surfaces. Use a clear liquid wax on all textured finishes. Use mild soap and water when cleaning a stone top. Rinse with clean water to remove soap residue. Dry thoroughly after cleaning. You are cleaning the stone sealer not the stone so do not use a petroleum-based or abrasive cleaner. Maintaining the sealer on the stone table is very important, therefore, cleaning your stovetop regularly will help aid in the longevity of the stone top. Spills should be cleaned immediately to prevent stains and/or damage to the top. Blot spills and rinse with clean water.

Peak Season outdoor furniture is warranted to the original purchaser for seven (7) years from the date of purchase, against defects in workmanship and materials. €œDefects€ are defined as both cosmetic and imperfections that impair the utility of the product or affect the structural integrity of the product. All wicker fibers are warranted by the wicker manufacturer against fading, cracking, and splitting for three (3) years.
