This is a terrific little system! I am a tea drinker and my husband let it slip that the UK has hot water on demand in many places... I asked if we could and lo and behold! Installation was easy*, although we didn't use the supplied filter as we have it going through a filter system already. The temperature isn't exact, so we did have to mess with the dial a little. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely.

Straightforward design. Functions as intended. Arrived ahead of schedule

great product but only lasted a year before I had to replace it when the heating element in the unit failed.

So far so good ( 6months). I’ve heard of long term issues but we’ve been enjoying hot water for tea and coffee with none whatsoever.
