Grinds food well and is quiet. Only problem is that it wont start periodically so we have to move the motor slightly with the allen wrench that came with the unit.

Love this disposal. We have a big family and do a lot of cooking. We needed something that could chew up a lot of food particles and this has performed well. This disposal is significantly quieter than our old disposal.
