It’s a beautiful set, but very light weight. It’s going to blow all over in high winds. I ordered the Heather Beige, which shows up as a shade of blue, but it’s not even close. It’s a light tan/beige with really fine threads of blue woven into the material. I checked all the packing & even the tags- everything says that’s the Heather Beige. I contacted Wayfair about it & they couldn’t help me because I got what I ordered. Except I didn’t- I ordered BLUE marketed as Heather Beige & I got a tan color- more like the canvas flax color shown in the color blocks when you select your color. I was hoping that the pieces lactched together or would be screwed together, nope. You get a baggie with zip ties attached to each seat to attach the sectional together. For the price they are charging that’s insane nothing but zip ties. I have just opted not to zip tie them yet because we are currently in hurricane season. The set comes in four enormous boxes. Nothing was damaged, no scratches or dents. Delivery guys were great. It wouldn’t let me pick to drop it on my driveway that’s in an alleyway behind our house, but the guys took it back there for me when I asked. Couldn’t have been happier with them. Only other issue was it was originally scheduled to be delivered 6/28-7/4 & it got delayed twice, but it was delivered before the latest estimated date. Wayfair did take it upon themselves to send me an apology email with Wayfair cash added to my account. I never said a word to them about the delays, they just went a head & apologized with a small gift of Wayfair cash. That made me happy to see a business doing something as small as that. Only reason for 3 stars is the color was no where near what I ordered from the color box online, biggest issue. Next is that zip ties to attach the sectional together isn’t something you’d expect for the price. The set is nice, no questions about it. It’s mainly the color disappointment for me & the fact they couldn’t do a thing, not even send me new covers to get a shade of blue, which is that I had selected. That’s not Wayfair, it’s the manufacturer. I did ask Wayfair to pass off me issue to see if they can correct the color block online. Wayfair did offer to return the set, I’ll survive with the different color because it’s too much of a hassle to send it back & overall the set is well constructed of aluminum & welded together so I know it is going to hold up.
