Had this installed in our master bathroom shower in October 2017 and it works and looks great. High quality product.

Product is very flimsy. Plastic hoses are way too stiff amounting brackets are all plastic.

This wall bar has been great. When my elderly mother-in-law showers, she needs to lower the head so she can sit and wash her hair, it functions perfectly.
