GE Profile Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater has been installed for about 5 weeks. Delivery was superb, delivered to my basement as scheduled in three days from date of order. Installation by plumber was without issue. Has been functioning very well since installation. Extremely low electric use and not very loud. It does keep the basement cooler, but that's not an issue.

It was fairly easy to install, but was taller than my previous GeoSpring that I installed 3 years ago. I didn’t have room for the cutoff valve. Overall it is much quieter and more efficientIused to. I used to always run my old one in turtle mode and it kept up, however this unit requires me to switch it to balance mode if I’m expecting heavy usage. Definitely worth it.
