Great so far. This is installed in a closet with a louvered door in our laundry room, which is under our bedroom. This is the first heat pump unit I felt comfortable installing under our bedroom. It is quiet, especially after first coming to temp, on turtle mode--the variable speed compressor is a game-changer. I had to install a 40 gal unit to replace a 50 gal unit due to the height of the existing supply and hot water returns. This is just about exactly the size of a standard 50 gal electric unit. Using the flex capacity at mid-level, it produces plenty of hot water for our household so far. It's reassuring to know we can increase the capacity further if needed. Make sure you consider locations of condensate line and prv line and where they will drain, esp if you have a tight space. I had to re-plumb everything except the water lines. Hopefully this holds up--having a 10-year parts warranty is a plus. Note for diyers, I had never had issues with leaks on other plumbing projects, but I initially had very slow leaks in two places. I learned the fingernail trick of pushing teflon tape into the threads and then applying a small amount of thread sealant. Be sure to use fresh/quality pipe dope!

Well worth the money. I should see my return on investment in 3.5 years. Spend a little now to save much more in the future

Great customer service and quick delivery. If you want an extended warranty (Wayfair doesn't offer) get it through Allstate. Item was a cut-out and replace water heater with super simple installation. We pulled the Anode immediately and put in a 20 year Corroprotec electric anode. No more forgetting about it and no more hassel of removing and replacing it. This thing air conditions our garage and is very quite.

This is a quality made product and it is very quiet. Can’t wait to see the savings in my electric bill!

We installed it yesterday. Working great. Quiet, too. Hopefully reduces our utility bills.
