good so far

The delivery was great and super easy. The fans however make a loud buzzing noise when the unit is heating.

We’re very pleased with our GEOSPRING water heater. Installation was not difficult and it runs quietly, providing the hot water we need. We can’t yet judge its efficiency because we haven’t had it long enough. Our only issue so far was that the fan was hitting its shroud when we first turned it on making a rattling sound. Fortunately, a little prying on the shroud silenced the noise.

You've sent an add in my registration confirmation for extended warranty plan (Bodewell?) for my new water heaters but it is not an appliance they cover?

Installing d six weeks ago and still not working correctly. NO heat pump functionality due to manufacturing error. Parts replacement very slow and broken on arrival. Quality control is dismal. Be sure you have a backup plan in place prior to install!
