Customers appreciate the product for its cute appearance and lovely design, making it a charming addition to holiday trees. However, customers have negative opinions about value, noting that the high price for a single ornament is unreasonable. Additionally, buyers express strong dissatisfaction regarding the accuracy of product representation, stating that the promotional images are misleading and falsely imply a set of items rather than just one.
