Customers praise the product for its adorable appearance and quality craftsmanship, finding it cute and well-made. However, they report negative experiences regarding the accuracy of product representation, stating that the photos are misleading and imply multiple items instead of a single ornament. Consequently, buyers feel the item offers poor value for the price.
