My whippet loves this! But, she’s figured out how to untwist the top and get to everything inside. She’s destroyed the inner basket and I couldn’t buy a replacement basket, so splurged on a second one. Can you please sell replacement baskets, and make a sturdier way to keep closed? We have two, the one we got in 2023 s by far more difficult for her than the newer one (2 months ago).

My dog loved this toy! From the first time he used it, it was clear that it was going to be one of his favorites. Unfortunately, he kept unscrewing the top while he played with it so the second time I used it, I screwed the top on tighter. Now it is stuck and no one can get it open. We've tried a few different tricks but no luck. Be careful not to screw the top on too tight!

My new puppy loves it! Mealtime is super fun now and last almost half an hour. I was originally turned off by the cost, but it is definitely worth it! It’s great quality too!

This was my Labs second time using it and he managed to unscrew it rather than play the game 😂
