Worst customer services I've ever encountered. I've purchased thousands of dollars worth of products from Wayfair during a remodel. When I purchased this knob I could not find the return policy, so I started a chat with customer service and asked the return policy was for this SKU. I was told 30 day return policy. I went to return the item and was told it was not returnable. I showed the message that customer service which is in my account history and was told that customer service told me the wrong thing and it was a teachable moment for their team, but they could not issue a refund. I would not have made the purchase if I had not been clearly told that it was under a 30 day return policy. They didn't care, the manger I spoke to was extremely rude. They lost a wayfair customer, there are plenty of other ecommerce options and customer service is key. You blew it. I hope people read this and think twice about shopping on Wayfair.

Excellent quality, solid and well made with a great look and feel for a great price. Even our handyman commented that these are the nicest doorknobs he has installed. I plan on ordering more to make all the doors in my home uniform.

Perfect match with old, broken entry doorknob. Didn’t even need to replace the latch assembly. Two screws to install the doorknob assembly in the door, and that was it!

I needed a replacement for one of the bathroom in my home. It is the same as what i was replacing. They are kind of expensive for the price.
