Did not like that this was a solid hand handle. Was hoping to see the connection to main door.

I got a pair of these entry sets in polished chrome for a Palm Springs condo with double doors, and they look fantastic. High quality and worth it.

Beautiful but when the contractor opened the box, the interior lock mechanisms were missing! Just want the a complete set

extremely disappointed with this item which will not work with a standard door. I ordered this handle and my door was delayed m. when the door arrived this door handle did not fit!! I called customer service they would not return it even though it was in the original condition. Shame on me for not checking the return policy sooner. I’ve ordered dozens and dozens of items from Wayfair and spend over 10,000 as a consumer I’m very disappointed with this company‘s policies and their inability to make an exception. I Will no longer purchase any items from this website or its subsidiaries. Too many options for consumers that are much better

We bought and entry lock set and a dummy for our new double front doors. I really like the clean lines, and the full length back plate on the outside handles. The inside handle sets have nice size backplates and a lever that we got to choose. Be prepared to wait several weeks for these Emtek Handlesets to arrive.
