• Thanks to our BBQ ceramic, the Pizza Stone can be used in the traditional oven, or on the barbecue. You can prepare, cook, cut and serve directly on the stone. The BBQ ceramic has refractory qualities which naturally offer slow, even heat diffusion. All Emile Henry products are made in France.
