Probably the worst Dyson product I have purchased. Really doesn’t do much of anything. I have it set on 10 for fan speed and don’t feel much of anything. Even directing it directly at me doesn’t have much impact. It does heat as well as cool so hopefully that works better, but I am not optimistic. I did purchase it refurbished so maybe it’s defective, so I suppose I should return it. Just a hassle.

I received my Dyson Air Purifier/ Humidifier as a tenure gift from my employer. I’ve had it about 7 weeks and very happy with my selection. I use it in my small 10x10 bedroom and it makes the room significantly cooler and the air fresher. It is very quiet and does not bother my sleeping at all. I did have some concerns with the humidifier not working, but after a little online research I didn’t have the humidity setting high enough. After changing the setting the humidifier functionality has worked great. One last comment I really like the easy to use app and the remote control. It’s been a great gift.

I have owned this less than two months and I now have to take it in for service for the third time. All for the humidifier function not working. It is currently sitting on my table broken because it’s an hour round-trip just to take it to the service center
