quality not so good for the price

Good product that I have used before. Ordered from Wayfair. It failed to show up (no communications), tracked the order after it was many days late to find out why it had not come, it was backordered. Wayfair site gave me the option of cancelling on same page as saying it was backordered. I chose to cancel, and others had it in stock. Wayfair's message when I canceled was "we will review for approval", rather than a confirmation. I ordered from the other supplier, but Wayfair still hasn't confirmed the cancellation.
