Thank you, this worked perfect for my needs. It will keep a wandering toddler from going into a room with accessible hobby objects. It looked good with the door, when in use or not, and was easy to install. I went with the smaller sized option. Thank you!

The plates they provide don’t fit. Fortunately I had a work around. Otherwise they are acceptable

This little bolt does the trick! looks great and works well.

It's nicely built and looks great. My only complaint is that the part that goes on the door frame to receive the sliding bolt is too tight. You have to line things up PERFECTLY. You CAN get it to line up but there's no margin for error and if the door should shift even a little, you'll have to readjust. I'll attach a picture. It's not very clear, but the sliding bolt is touching on one side and there's a gap about as thick as a piece of paper on the other side.
