Fit perfectly on the door to my new salon space! It arrived earlier than originally quoted so I was extremely excited.

Product was not as advertised. Insertion pins would not work.

Purchased the mail slot some time ago, the finish is still good. I do think it would be better if the outer frame piece was a bit larger so the screw holes aren't so close to the opening you cut into the door. If the cutout is a bit off you end up with no wood to put the screw into. The inside hinged flap doesn't always drop back into place after the mail is inserted.

Looks great and I love having a mail slot in the door. We still have a house to house mailman, so when we are out of town, he is able to drop it through the slot and we don't have to worry about receiving all our mail.
