I rate this product poor. Although I've not used it yet to repair any cues. The description is plural indicating more than one. The image shows 4 ferrules. I should have read the description closer to see there is only one, sold individually. I bought 1 of each of the 4 different sizes. It did arrive with speedy shipping. Not a big purchase, and the product may be fine, but I rate it poor for the deceptive marketing.
