Ordered Herr Drosselmeyer as a Christmas gift but received the wrong one today. After contacting customer support, a replacement would not arrive until mid January...after the Christmas decor is taken down.

I was very pleased with my purchase. The nutcracker was amazing. It was rich looking and well made. I want to go back on line and order more.
