First off the return process is totally messed up. I'm given two options: take a 20% refund or pay more than the item is worth to return. Since I am not about to pay you any more money, I was forced to say I'll take the 20%, but then I get a message that the partial refund would be sent 3-5 days after you recieved the return. How messed is that. As for the product, I did not see any dimensions assigned to the globe so I could measure to see if it fit.

I broke a light cover. I found a replacement on your site that was almost exactly the same. I was worried it wouldn't work but it did.

Not sure if someone can’t read a measure tape but in the description it says 7” high and 15” wide. It’s 13.5” wide at best and UNDER 5” tall. Not sure I can use them, only if we can make alterations to the fixture itself. So disappointed. Other than that they would’ve looked great.
