Great proofing container. Used it for sourdough bread and pizza dough so far. Fits perfectly in the Brod and Taylor proofing box. Couldn't be happier.

Great proofing container. Can fit up to 3000 grams of dough. There’s an indicator on the side so you know how much your dough rises. Sturdy and can withstand higher heat.
