I finally got around to using this and it worked great!

Easy to set up and fold again saving counter space. Love the water steam feature to keep the dough from drying out. This makes timing my bread so much easier. No guesswork on what my kitchen temperature will be each day

Easy to set up and use, keeps a consistent temp for my dough and starter

This proofer works as it should. The temp it reliable and consistent. The only thing I’m disappointed in is the fact that you can’t fit a half baking sheet in it. Only a 9x13 (without handles) or smaller. I like to do large batches of cinnamon rolls so I’ll have to readjust my expectations. But I do like how compact it is. Makes storage very easy.
