I have been eyeing this for over two years and Wayfair with the member discount was an amazing steal.

I finally got around to using this and it worked great!

Love how this helps proof my sourdough!

Easy to set up and use, keeps a consistent temp for my dough and starter

This proofer works as it should. The temp it reliable and consistent. The only thing I’m disappointed in is the fact that you can’t fit a half baking sheet in it. Only a 9x13 (without handles) or smaller. I like to do large batches of cinnamon rolls so I’ll have to readjust my expectations. But I do like how compact it is. Makes storage very easy.
