I am very happy with this purchase. It works great and is able to be stored without taking up a lot of space.

Great addition to our folding proofer

It fits the proofing box but you have to layer the items in. Because of the way the proofing box pops open you have to put the first layer down, then the shelf and then add the top layer. I’m also bummed that the accessory shelf won’t fit in the box when it’s disassembled for storage.
