For best results, treat spills immediately. We cannot guarantee complete stain removal, as results may vary depending on the nature of the stain, the time passed after the spill and cleaning method. Please follow these guidelines at your discretion: • Wipe mats after each use. Some spills are not immediately visible but can settle and stain. • Acidic Stains (e.g., ketchup, mustard, tomato sauce): Blot (do not rub) spills immediately with a clean, damp cloth to help prevent permanent staining. • Oil-Based Stains: Mix a small amount of mild soap or dishwashing liquid with warm water. For extra grease-cutting power, add a small portion of vinegar. Gently dab the stain—do not soak. • Embroidery & Delicate Areas: If the stains have already set on embroidery yarns, try using a stain remover like Tide Pen, Stain Devils by Carbona, AlbaChem Quilter's Embroidery Stain Remover or a touch of OxiClean applied with a soft brush. After treatment, gently blot with a damp cloth and allow to air dry. Important Note: Always test cleaning solutions on an inconspicuous area first. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from improper stain removal techniques or the use of cleaning products.
