I sent a sent a long explanation online with pictures showing that the wheel cap bolts were missing and the piece was pretty beat up in several areas. It looks like you are trying to send replacement caps so we can attach the wheels.

I love this cart! I use it for a coffee station. It’s super cute, and the oversized wheels make it a statement piece. The cart has less shelving than other bar carts, so I installed shelving on the wall for all the coffee-making supplies I need. Assembly was pretty straightforward, but I did have a challenging time attaching the wheels to the body. Otherwise, it was a great buy!
