Great product, temperature has some fluctuations but overall holds temperature well and the amount of smoke that it produces is perfect. Used one time to make Baby Back ribs with a recipe found on the Blackstone website, the ribs came out much better than I expected, cooked tender with great medium smoke flavor. Can't wait to use the air-fryer side!

Works great manually, but not up to par with modern technology. Bluetooth range for this grill is you limitation through the mobile app to monitor your food. WiFi connectivity is practically nonexistent due to modern routers with 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz channels. It needs 2.4 GHz for connectivity which can be a pain. All else aside from that, no complaints!
