Great product, temperature has some fluctuations but overall holds temperature well and the amount of smoke that it produces is perfect. Used one time to make Baby Back ribs with a recipe found on the Blackstone website, the ribs came out much better than I expected, cooked tender with great medium smoke flavor. Can't wait to use the air-fryer side!

Received item quickly in good shape. Item was packed well. Took a little while to put together but pretty simple. Love all the features. Have not cooked on it yet ! Very happy with my purchase !
