I am so excited for this to keep my outdoor dining area cool for the summer!

When I ordered it did not say "down rod" on the item page. I even chatted with 2 employees to get details about the fan I thought I was purchasing. One was if the fan had a light. Look at the details page it has information for a fan! Now that I saw the weight of the package I went to the item page and now it says down rod at the top!! I just feel deceived. I went through the extra steps of chatting with two different employees because I felt the deal was too good to be true, and so it was. Just a waste of time. It appears they are issuing a full refund, as long as I don't have any shipping charges to send it back I'd be happy I guess. I still need a ceiling fan though so maybe they could make this right with a coupon
