This is a well made piece and it looks nice. It does take some effort to get it to fit properly in the door.

Perfect fit for our 1957 front door that has panes like a French door. We needed privacy, so we put decorative film on the glass, but then we couldn't see out. This one is a smaller profile on the outside of the door, which fit perfectly on the little mullions.

Other finish, Baldwin warrants to the Purchaser that the finish of the product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship from tarnishing, flaking, and discoloring for either (a) five (5) years from the date of purchase for interior use or (b) one (1) year from the date of purchase for exterior use; as long as said Purchaser occupies the residential premises upon which the product was originally installed."
