The cue is beautiful and straight. fit and finish is top notch. plays beautifully and proud to own or gift to someone. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 not because of the product but shipment tracking# was incorrect the first week and although the external Cuestix box was perfectly intact the Balabushka box inside was slightly crushed, no affect on the product but disappointing if giving this item as a gift.
