Wonderful service experience with Perigold, love that you can still speak to a human in a brand with an e-comm presence. Was excited for this frother although it's been inconsistent. Sometimes the milk is hot, on less occasion, the milk is just warm. All within the same setting. Also not able to fill to the suggested limit and get hot milk at all, at the marked limit it's more cool than warm. Love that this frother is stainless steel (avoid non-stick options as they are the same health hazard as teflon/PFOA). Not worth the $50 to $100 markup of other options.

Perfect foam. No forever chemicals. But it stopped working after 9 months. Sad.
